Condiciones Climáticas y Seguridad • Las salidas están sujetas a las condiciones del viento y del lago. • Si el clima no permite navegar, el tour se reprograma sin costo o se devuelve el 100% del valor pagado. • Las decisiones se toman según la evaluación del guía y las indicaciones de la Autoridad Marítima (DIRECTEMAR). • La seguridad de los participantes es prioritaria: se deben seguir siempre las instrucciones del guía y utilizar el equipo de seguridad entregado. 2. Cancelaciones y Reembolsos (por parte del cliente) • Cancelación con 5 o más días de anticipación → devolución del 100% del valor total. • Cancelación con entre 3 y 5 días de anticipación → devolución del 50%. • Cancelación con menos de 3 días de anticipación, no presentación (no-show) o abandono voluntario → sin devolución. • Si la actividad comienza y las condiciones cambian repentinamente, el guía podrá modificar o acortar el recorrido por seguridad, sin derecho a reembolso parcial. 3. Seguridad y Criterio del Guía Por motivos de seguridad y bienestar general, el guía podrá suspender o negar la participación de cualquier persona si considera que no se encuentra en condiciones adecuadas para realizar la actividad de forma segura. Esta decisión se tomará con criterio profesional, priorizando la seguridad del participante, del grupo y la preservación del entorno natural. 4. Conducta y Respeto por el Entorno • La actividad se realiza en el sector Bahía Mansa, dentro de un santuario natural protegido. • Está prohibido tocar, ingresar o dañar las formaciones conocidas como Las Capillas y La Catedral de Mármol. • Se debe respetar el ecosistema, mantener silencio en zonas sensibles y seguir todas las indicaciones del guía. • Prohibido participar bajo efectos de alcohol o drogas. Al confirmar tu reserva, declaras haber leído y aceptado estas Políticas de Cancelación, Reembolso y Condiciones de Seguridad. Weather Conditions and Safety • Departures are subject to wind and lake conditions. • If weather conditions do not allow navigation, the tour will be rescheduled at no cost or 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. • Decisions are made based on the guide’s assessment and the instructions of the Maritime Authority (DIRECTEMAR). • Participant safety is the top priority: all instructions from the guide must be followed, and the provided safety equipment must be used at all times. 2. Cancellations and Refunds (by the client) • Cancellation 5 or more days in advance → 100% refund. • Cancellation between 3 and 5 days in advance → 50% refund. • Cancellation less than 3 days in advance, no-show, or voluntary withdrawal → no refund. • If the activity has started and conditions suddenly change, the guide may modify or shorten the route for safety reasons, without partial refund. 3. Safety and Guide’s Discretion For safety and general well-being, the guide may suspend or deny participation to any person deemed unfit to safely perform the activity. This decision will be made with professional judgment, prioritizing the safety of the participant, the group, and the preservation of the natural environment. 4. Conduct and Respect for the Environment • The activity takes place in the Bahía Mansa area, within a protected natural sanctuary. • It is strictly forbidden to touch, enter, or damage the formations known as Las Capillas and La Catedral de Mármol. • The ecosystem must be respected: maintain silence in sensitive areas and follow all guide instructions. • Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
